• INDIRECT DAMAGES
• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

IN NO EVENT SHALL REHABTALLY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO REHABTALLY DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RehabTally, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:
